  • Create Questionnaire in Library Management and saved for future reuse. This Questionnaire can be reuse while creating new surveys instead of creating new Questionnaire again and again. 
  •  New Survey can be created based on Category, 1. Adhoc 2. Area of Compliance, 3. Process, 4. Control, and 5. Product.
  •  Responding entity contain group names and each group contain number of Users associated with the group.
  •  Survey Approver entity group name which contains User who are authorize to Approve the Survey.
  •  Frequency list the interval like 1. Daily, 2. Weekly, 3. Monthly, 4. Quarterly, 5. Half yearly, 6. Yearly and Specific Date.
  • Board or Management can view Dashboard for Survey status.
